Asian Stir Fry
Makes 4 servings.
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. Chef Series Ginger Teriyaki Seasoning Blend
Coat chicken strips with Seasoning Blend by placing strips and seasoning blend in Thatsa Bowl. Put on seal and shake.
Place 1 cup of water in Base of Tupperware Oval Microwave Cooker. Place coated chicken and vegetables in Shallow Colander. Cover. Microwave 5 minutes (_____) at 100% power. Stir and microwave an additional 4 minutes (_____) at 100% power until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Side Dish Suggestions: Serve over white rice.
Variations: Substitute 1 lb. lean beef, pork or shrimp (peeled and deveined) for chicken. Follow same cooking directions.
