Microwave Carmel Corn
3-oz. bag microwave popcorn (popped)
¼ cup butter (½ stick)
½ cup brown sugar, packed light
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
Melt butter in TupperWave 3-Quart TupperWaver Stack Cooker Casserole. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Microwave at 1 minute (_____) at 100% power. Stir with spatula.
Microwave at 30 seconds (_____) at 100% power at a time, stirring after each heating, until boiling.
Stir in baking soda. Immediately add in popcorn. Cover and shake to mix.
Keep covered and microwave an additional 45 seconds (_____) at 100% power. Shake well.
Pour on to Tupperware Silicone Wonder Mat. Let cool. Store in sealed Tupperware container.
