Ranch Chicken
Makes 4 servings.
½ cup water
¾ cup instant rice
8 oz. frozen vegetables
5 unbreaded chicken tenderloin strips
Paprika
Ranch Dressing
Mix rice and water in bottom of Tupperware Microsteamer. Cover with colander.
Run vegetables under hot water to thaw, then place in colander.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, coat with Ranch Dressing and place on top of veggies, sprinkle with paprika. Place cover on top.
Microwave 6 minutes (_____) at 100% power. Serve.
