Zucchini Bread
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 cups grated zucchini
Mix eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients and zucchini. Stir.
Pour mixture into Tupperware Vent 'N Serve Large Deep Container.
Microwave uncovered 20 minutes (_____) at 80% power.
Let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
