The Holly & The Ivy by Portmeirion
Named after an English Carol of the 1600's, The Holly and The Ivy is a contemporary arrangement of antique illustrations with a flowing script which gives Portmeirion's holiday pattern a look which is sophisticated, original and versatile. Each piece features realistically rendered stems, leaves, and berries from the two plants, accented by fine green leaf borders at edges, rims, and feet. Lyrics from the antique carol arc around the images in delicate but lively script, adding a touch of festive, literary cheer. Anwyl Cooper-Willis' design will bring cheer to table settings throughout the winter months. It can also add a seasonal touch when mixed with Botanic Garden. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Mix and match with Holly Cardinal.
Portmeirion The Holly & The Ivy was produced from 1996 to 2020. If you need replacement or additional pieces for your collection of Portmeirion The Holly & The Ivy, monitor this page on a weekly basis for new listings.

When it comes to finding Portmeirion that is difficult to find in stores near you, one of your best resources for acquiring the items you want are sites like Amazon, Etsy, Replacements and eBay, where there are a lot of wonderful finds still in the original boxes. We all receive those odd items as gifts that we have no need for and never use. Yet, one person's junk could be exactly the treasure you want.
Please Note: Not all Portmeirion is safe for use in the microwave. Patterns with gold or platinum decorations around the rim should not be used in your microwave because microwaves can not pass through metal. If in doubt, use this simple test: Is this Utensil Safe for the Microwave?
