Royal Doulton Dentelle Fine China by Monique Lhuillier

Inspired by French lace, this fine china dinnerware collection takes rich cues from the renowned bridal designs of Monique Lhuillier. Encircled by scallops and cascading platinum dots, Dentelle brings to mind the exquisitely finished hems of Monique's couture bridal gowns. An accent plate with a full border in soft pearlescent gray casts a subtle shimmer. The refined border design, together with its modern color palette and finish, make this pattern as versatile as it is beautiful. The platinum trim on this pattern means it is not safe for use in the microwave.

Royal Doulton Dentelle was introduced in 2008 and produced until 2011 when it was retired and reintroduced under the Waterford brand name as Waterford Dentelle by Monique Lhuillier. When it comes to finding Royal Doulton that is difficult to find in stores near you, one of your best resources for acquiring the items you want are sites like Amazon, Etsy, Replacements and eBay, where there are a lot of wonderful finds still in the original boxes. We all receive those odd items as gifts that we have no need for and never use. Yet, one person's junk could be exactly the treasure you want.

Please Note: Not all Royal Doulton is safe for use in the microwave. Patterns with gold or platinum decorations around the rim should not be used in your microwave because microwaves can not pass through metal. If in doubt, use this simple test: Is this Utensil Safe for the Microwave?

I am thrilled! There are many more recipes then I expected. I am very excited since my husband often works late and I end up with sandwiches rather then making myself something to eat.. —Barbara Andersen, New York
