Provincial Garden by Spode
Spode's Provincial Garden pattern is evocative of the English company's 18th-century origins; it was inspired by details from a length of fabric printed in colonial Williamsburg in the early 1800s. The design uses botanical details on an off-white background to suggest a bountiful harvest; pears, pomegranates, grapes, and figs hang from curving branches alongside lilies, roses, and delicate vine tendrils. Birds perch or fly among the branches, which frame pastoral scenes such as miniature minuet dancers being serenaded in a wooded clearing. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
