Villeroy & Boch Pizza Passion
Pizza Passion Available Directly From Villeroy & Boch — Introduced in 2016. Pizza enjoys tremendous popularity throughout the world, perhaps because there are few other meals that allow so many creative variations. The Austrian star chef Wolfgang Puck runs Spago, a top restaurant in Los Angeles that serves pizza not with mozzarella and salami but, for example, with salmon and caviar. Similarly, whole-meal pizza made from gluten-free flour is increasingly in demand. Villeroy & Boch has developed Pizza Passion for all those lovers of pizza, a collection that is not only beautifully designed but also provides ideal functionality.
The Pizza Passion collection offers a large, round pizza plate and an extra flat pizza plate, perfect for everything from solitary pizza enjoyment to a large homemade version with friends and family or even a pizza party. The great advantage of the extra flat plate is that it doesn't tip when the pizza is being cut. The pizza plate is characterized by its clever functionality. Around the edge of the platter are indentations that help you to cut the pizza into pieces of equal size — ideal when serving a number of people at once. The smaller round party platter is made of wood, holds four pizza portions, and is equipped with matching ceramic serving utensils. Cutting grooves help the pizza to be precisely divided and quickly served. The bamboo board allows pizza to be easily taken out of the oven.
The four-piece topping set consists of three little dishes and a serving board, and is ideal for serving ingredients like onions, capers or herbs for the individual seasoning and garnishing of the pizza. A pizza stone completes the Pizza Passion collection. Pizza Passion is durable enough for frequent use and most items are safe in the microwave and dishwasher.
